Understanding Serological Pipettes

Serological pipettes are used for measuring and transferring volumes of solution. Your technique must be exact to ensure accurate measurements and to avoid introducing contamination.

In this video, we'll demonstrate proper handling of pipettes, how to read the meniscus, and how to use both scales when measuring and transferring solution.
