Craft Beverage Services

Food, Beverage, & Natural Products Industry Group
Our staff leverages experience in the food and beverage industry to bring customized training to your college or company. We also provide training, shared equipment use, and testing services in partnership with our host college.

Laboratory Rental
BioNetwork provides affordable onsite rental of laboratory space and instrumentation for use in quality assurance testing or research. Small businesses, entrepreneurs, and product developers can also take advantage of shared formulation space equipped with commercial and non-traditional kitchen equipment.

Analytical Testing
Working with governmental, non-profit, and industry partners, the BioNetwork Natural Products Laboratory has developed testing methods for a variety of finished products and raw materials, including foods, beverages, botanical materials, dietary supplements, and cosmetic formulations. Fee-for-service sample testing is available for developed methods.

  • Specific gravity
  • Calories
  • Haze
  • Acidity
  • Beer bitterness
  • Beer iso-alpha acids by HPLC

Other analyses:

  • ABV/ABW in wine, sake, or spirits
