Michelle Acheson-MacLeod

Since joining BioNetwork in 2018, Michelle has provided instruction and support in the areas of food safety, HACCP, PCQI, FSMA, cGMPs, FSSC 22000, writing techniques, good documentation practices, auditing, fermentation science, and sanitation. Michelle's experience in the food manufacturing industry includes brewing beer and sake, sanitation, packagining, quality control, sensory analysis, recipe creation, management, and the propagation of yeast and koji.

Greg Smith

Greg has served as a bioprocessing and pharmaceutical industry trainer for over 18 years. He leverages his professional experience in new drug research and development, cGMP facilities, quality control, quality assurance, cleanroom operations, environmental monitoring and microbiology operations. He has designed several labs and cleanroom spaces, and has been instrumental in working with companies to assure contamination control through aseptic practices.

Chris Reedy

Chris Reedy brings 10 years of management, training, and production experience in the food, beverage, and natural products industries. He partners with companies to help them better understand food safety, good manufacturing practices and FDA regulatory compliance, and he translates those regulations into workable takeaways for clients.

Andrew Capps

Andrew brings over 11 years of laboratory, regulatory, quality management, and training experience from his work in academic research and regulatory settings. Prior to joining BioNetwork, Andrew served as a medical laboratory technician, Quality Assurance Specialist, Microbiology Supervisor, and Chief Microbiologist at the NC Department of Agriculture: Food and Drug Protection Division.
