Description

Denaturation is a process that causes a protein to unfold and lose its shape, and it usually happens as a result of external stress. It’s an important concept for us to understand because we work with so many protein-based products like vaccines, insulin, and hormones. In this experiment, we’ll study three examples of changes in proteins - two as a result of heat and one as a result of the wrong pH level.

Caution: Always wear the appropriate PPE.
