This course answers "Where do SOP's fit in the Organization, and what Should Be Considered Before Writing SOP's?"  Addressed are organizational issues, technical issues, the structure and effectiveness of procedures, change control, and evaluation of SOP effectiveness.  Includes workshops/exercises in writing SOP's.
