
Hands-On Approach to Cleaning Validation
Addresses the elements of a cleaning validation program from start to finish with emphasis on field work, including determination of residues to be targeted, selection of analytical and sampling methods, determination of appropriate limits in various pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes, and establishment of scientific rationales acceptable to regulatory inspectors, requirements when using manual, semi-automatic, and automatic cleaning technologies. In-field exercises will complement the classroom training and will focus on production equipment most frequently used and activities most frequently performed during cleaning validation. (1.6 CEUs)
