BioAgriculture Center

The BioAgriculture (BioAg) Center has become an entity of state prominence for its development of educational programs and services designed to support the growth, development, and use of agricultural applications of biotechnology in North Carolina, while being sensitive to the health and well-being of its citizens and the environment.

BioAgriculture Center

The purpose of the BioAg Center is to coordinate education and training activities to help ensure the state has a well-trained BioAgriculture technology workforce. The center was developed as part of the North Carolina Community College System’s BioNetwork initiative to facilitate economic growth statewide through advancement of biotechnology programs.
